The Bikini Cookbook Mediterranean E-BOOK
After 10 years of suffering with severe period pain I was diagnosed last year with endometriosis and adenomyosis. I had excision surgery and thought everything would be better… but it wasn’t. At the start of this new year I gave my diet a massive overhaul and changed the way I ate which has brought a big reduction in pain each month. This e-book provides recipes which aim to reduce inflammation and estrogen exposure to help decrease the painful symptoms of endometriosis. I have provided explanations in the book of foods I have included and avoided in recipes. All recipes are free from gluten, dairy, unfermented soy and trans fats. There are grain free options for all recipes and sweeteners are natural and fructose free (fruits in their whole form are an exception). These are ALL NEW recipes created on my recent trip to Sardinia (Italy) this year and they are inspired by the traditional Mediterranean diet.
